With the price of gas nowadays, the best & cheapest way to get around Spokane is the STA transit system. The buses run every 15, 30 or 60 minutes depending on the route & location, too. Price? Teenager & adults over 65 $16.50 Adults: $33.00 for monthly pass. Try spending that on gas each month. I have been riding the bus system for 25 years & it has improved alot with new routes & more frequent times.
