Toom many firms looker over as a resume and THINK they can get an alencompassing picture of an applicant, however, my picture is too colorful to collar in the limes and that leaves me want to fill in and further explain the whose, whys, what ifs and whens,,, Let's face it, the times they are a changing... and the check this two dimersional mentality assessment doesn't help to show a full picture of an appicant.
