What are the seasons like in Tampa? How do Tampa dwellers cope?

I have resided in Tampa for 54 years. Summers are warm or hot,
Spring is pleasant and winters are not always too cold, except a few
days in Febuary and march.
Dwellers in Tampa cope with the weather in winter by wearing warm
clothes and in summer, wearing light clothes. Summers are enjoyable
on the beaches and winters most stay at home.
