Dental assistant

I am an out of work dental assistant and cant seem to find a job for anything. why does it take a month to hire anymore

Employers receive too many resumes every day. They are spoiled now. Too many educated people now...however schools do good business..."reproducing" new specialists for everything, like "specialists factories" lol. The big problem now is that schools even don't study, how many specialists have to be every year in specific areas, like it suppose to be. They have to plan how many of them...but they don't, they care only about big quantity of students, the more students - the better. In few years, we will have the ARMY of educated jobless people. I've never understood, why is to go to extreme in resolving any problem. In this case, the problem of education. May be, because it's easier way. Why not to find some way, that to do it good, without bad consequences.
