I recently rec'd LMT license, having hard time finding companies in NW Ohio hiring new LMT's. Sent 20 resumes to Findlay/Ottawa area, got 2 responses. Any suggestions?

you may just have to rent a room--look for salons, wellness centers, chiro etc with rooms for rent. probably about 300-600 a month depending on area/place. you may even be able to share a room with someone--that is what i do and my rent is only 225 month---trust me putting your resume online for massage is useless-ive tried it several times---you may be able to get a job without paying rent but by paying a percentage of your earnings but dont pay more than 40%

I am an RN with 13 years of experience and recently became unemployed. Here's the problem. I am in recovery (over 8 years clean and sober) and consequently have a narcotic restriction on my license. This has presented numerous difficulties in securing a job, even though I am a professional and qualified nurse. Any suggestions on how to get an RN position with this restriction? I am getting discouraged.
