I agree. I like Ohiomeansjobs and Yahoo hot jobs. Ohiomeansjobs has a lot of good links and useful information. I have gotten 16 hits from employers on Yahoo and "2" from monster since posting my resume in February. I suspect more employers, job agencies are not using Monster for those seeking engineering positions.
