It would be a great opportunity for your wife to try different types of local jobs. Most are temp to perm positions, plus Manpower offers benefits after receiving your first paycheck. Local office # is (918)492-3131. Anyone answering the phone can help. They post some of their positions online, but not all. www.manpowerjobs.com. Calling would be best for her. Manpower Professional specializes in IT, and are, of course, always looking for good help. They would have temp and permanent placement positions. They post most of their positions on their website, which I'd recommend checking out. www.manpowerprofessional.com The local market is great for jobseekers since unemployment is about 4%. Tulsa is a great place to live. Best of luck to you! : ) |

I have 8 1/2 yrs of IT experience. There are many call centers here. Direct TV and US cellular, MetLife Ins., other cell providers. Stay away from TCIM &West, the pay isn't good enough. Two major hospital systems I know of are always looking for IT specialists. St John & ST FRancis but they are non-profits. Cox Communications is a good lead AND they have a new call center near Broken Arrow, OK. US Cellular though has advancement, good training, good pay & salaries. |

this is a job forum, and the question asked was 'what companies are fueling growth in tulsa'. if you want to get hired somewhere i'd suggest googling indeed or monster.com. you will get no results posting on this forum. you have to actually work to get hired. |

I highly recommend Express Employment Professionals. I am currently working here and we still have several openings. Express is a locally owned company and we have over 600 franchises. We have several onsite managers, recruiters, and staffing consultants to help find the job that best fits you and your needs. You can visit our website at www.expresspros.com The offices in this area are; East Tulsa, West Tulsa, Bristow, Claremore, Pryor, Sand Springs, Bartlesville, and Muskogee. Although, the quickest way to be placed is by going by one of the locations and applying. I hope this helps! Good luck with your job search! |
