Fundraising Regional Partner

We are a large national fundraising company that has experienced expediential growth over the past five years. Our offices currently reside in over 35 states and encompass over 1000 major metropolitan cities. Our clients include local schools and large national charities like Make-A-Wish and Susan G. Komen. Our most recent expansion is into the Texas area and our company is conducting interviews to fill new positions as Regional Partner. We are now accepting applications to fill the (we have 25 positions in Texas to be filled and we currently have 15 remaining positions) _______ exclusive franchised area. Not required but candidate skills we are looking for are:
• Two years or more of sales and/or marketing experience
• Directed or worked closely with a director of fundraising
• Involved with the community (community leader, PTA, nonprofit groups, charity, etc…)
• Ability to work freely with minimal direction
• Strong work ethic
• Win-win attitude
• Strong decision maker
Customer service oriented
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be an outside the box thinker
• Bachelor degree preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities include:
• Creating strategies for each campaign
• Directing campaigns
• Procurement and management of new accounts
• Presenting products and strategies to potential clients
