person search

Dear members of the forum,

please help to find a person. We are looking for Vladimir Khusainov, born in 1971, who immigrated to the United States from the former Soviet Union in 1994. He stayed in touch with his brother, Denis Khusainov, for a couple of years and then disappeared.

Phone directory searches reveal only that he has lived at three different addresses in Van Nuys, California. No current phone number or address for him can be found.

Please help if not with the information, then at least with an advice on how to find a person in this case. Thank you.

Here is a tip for you... This is America and we have privacy laws here. For example, even if the person you are looking for was sitting right beside me I am not allowed to tell you where he is without his permission. Always keep in mind that some people may not be wanting certain persons to find them.

If you are going to publicly search for a person, then write the note to THEM in a way that tells them why you want to locate them and how to contact YOU.
