Personally Yours Staffing- Are you serious??

I have sent about 4 e-mails to an ad this company has advertised on a job board and I get no response from them. I looked up the nearest office to me in Coral Springs to call them and I got in touch with a recruiter whom I can't remember her name now, but she sounded like she had no idea of what she was doing. She quickly puts me on hold for 6 minutes ( I was timing it with my cell phone) then when she gets back on the telephone she calls me by another name and proceeds to say that they are not hiring for this position any longer. The strange thing is that I NEVER said to her what position I was calling about.??

Is this company a real staffing firm or a front for something else?? Judging by the name and the way they treated me, I would say this must be a front for another business.

It's sad that a company like Personally Yours Staffing treats people that need to work like second class citizens with no respect.
