is it a financial advisor position or a financial specialist position? fa's are straight commission, generally (at least it used to be) with a sign on bonus. fs's are around 47-50k.

How does the commission work with the fs.

if your threshold is say, 1000 sales credits, you begin earning a bonus after you pass that many credits.
