MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
Senior: 60-84 months
- Manages small to medium-scale business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a Bachelor’s degree with comparable work experience in an Information Technology position.
At least 60 months providing written and oral reports in a business environment. A sample written report may be requested.
A minimum of At least 72 months of professional business analysis experience.
At least 60 months of professional experience using recognized business analysis methodologies to elicit requirements from business users as the foundation
for the solution to the organization's business needs.
At least 60 months of professional experience describing in a comprehensive written document (e.g., business case, fit-gap analysis document, or functional
specification) what the system, process, or product/service must do to fulfill the business requirement(s).
At least 60 months of professional experience using recognized business analysis methodologies (e.g., business process flows, fit-gap analyses, or
functional designs) to design solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes.
At least 60 months of professional experience documenting, communicating, and validating requirements throughout the system, process, or product/service
development lifecycle for all changes to processes that would enable the organization to achieve its goals.
At least 60 months of professional experience developing test scenarios, scripts, and data, and reviewing test results
At least 60 months of professional experience experience assessing the implementation of appropriate solutions to ensure they perform to the required
specifications and achieve the design capabilities.
At least 36 months working with Health Insurance or the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid is highly desirable.
