Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience – 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply basic mathematic concepts in association with Cost of Sales, P&L, budgets and Inventory controls.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Job Description:
With 40 parks and over 15 million visitors annually, Palace Entertainment is one of the largest family entertainment, amusement and water park operators in the world.
This position oversees all aspects of the park’s and Food and Beverage operations including but not limited to the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Gather and analyze financial data related to personnel, supplies, vendors and equipment to maximize cost savings.
•Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and related software programs.
•Maintain facilities in compliance with local, state and federal codes and regulations, including OSHA, EPA and other pertinent and applicable regulatory bodies.
•Intense focus on food quality, standards, sanitation and safely. Maintaining restaurant and kitchen environments at inspection readiness at all times.
•Maintain staffing levels, proper scheduling, retention of staff and teambuilding.
•Manage staff Food Safety training and Guest Service excellence.
•Prepare necessary reports reflecting the activities of the department. i.e., budget reconciliation, productivity, equipment and supply costs,etc.

•Maximize revenue opportunities for food and beverage operations.
•Manage supervisors and employees.
•Oversees all aspects of kitchen management which include but not limited to Cost of Sales, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Receiving and Pricing. Effectively manage waste/spoilage.
•Implementation of programs to increase sales and profits.
•Keep Human Resources informed of all matters concerning employee discipline and employee relations issues.
•Maintain communication with staff by keeping them informed of all company activities, new procedures, etc.
•Keep privileged and private information confidential.
•Keeps informed of competition and fair market share; make necessary adjustments if needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervise employees in the Food and Beverage Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
