(PT) INBOUND SERVICE CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
Serve newspaper home delivery customers both by answering inbound calls to our 478-7171 circulation phone number and responding to customers’ service request emails.
Ideally the newest addition to our team will have service and/ or sales experience (face-to-face or telephone are all fair game) and enjoy (and be good at!) taking calls in a fast-paced professional environment with a positive and friendly attitude and complete willingness to serve.
Skill level requirements include good verbal and written skills with a working knowledge of Word and Outlook programs. 45 wpm typing requirement.
Monday through Friday 24 hour work week schedule of 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
