DESCRIPTION - Mobil Project Manager - 6 month contract - Local Candidates only please.

Simultaneously, plan and successfully rollout and implement a large, multi-disciplined, and global Mobile Sales Enablement tool following best in class project management methodologies to achieve 100% client satisfaction. This includes allocating resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and in order to deliver projects according to plan.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Obtain resource commitments from the discipline managers and assemble implementation teams. Validate with the solutions analysts that the business requirements and scope have been analyzed and documented. Coordinate technical reviews with other IT groups to develop and document technical architecture and design. Develop detailed program and project plans with dependencies and key milestones based on coordination with all project stakeholders. The project including multiple locations, business and IT disciplines, functional stakeholders. Ensure project objectives are met by monitoring and measuring progress regularly to identify variances from the plan and take corrective action as necessary. Maintain detailed project plans, resource schedules, and timelines with major milestones for all aspects of the project (software development, infrastructure, business operations, and vendor integrations). Schedule and facilitate project team meetings to ensure all project requirements are effectively communicated to team members. Perform status reporting to communicate progress to project sponsors, key stakeholders and IT management. This includes IT scorecard and capital expenditures forecasting and reporting. Track project spending and ensure project costs are allocated to the appropriate cost centers. Track software and hardware costs, manage vendor relationships, develop/review statements of work, and write project justifications. Ensure that budget variances are highlighted to steering committees, IT Senior Management, and the project sponsor. Implement and manage the change control process for assigned projects. Monitor project risks and coordinate the execution of the risk mitigation plan. Initiate the project in the time tracking system and status reporting systems. Complete the final accounting of hardware, software, consulting and personnel costs relative to initial budget projections. Ensure proper procedures are followed for systems development methodology, release management, configuration management, QA, and change management. Work with discipline managers to develop and document service level agreements with project sponsors and key stakeholders. Ensure that all acceptance criteria have been satisfied. Coordinate the development of support documentation for the systems administration. Coordinate activities post implementation to resolve any issues prior to fully transitioning support to the standard, routine procedures and groups. Assist with the on-going support of the systems, equipment and processes by providing project-related knowledge and history to the organization. Promote and participate in the development and deployment of project management methodologies, policies, procedures and best practices. Manage projects, professional and technical staff as assigned and other activities related to project management.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor ’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five- seven years project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple functional disciplines, especially Sales, Marketing and IT, global teams, remote business users, and vendor integrations.
• PMP or CPM certification Experience and best practices a plus.
• Experience with Enterprise Mobile Application rollout and implementation a plus.
• Experience in successfully managing multi-country, multi functional teams (no travel expected).
• Demonstrated strong negotiating skills, conflict resolution skills, and remote team management skills.
• Expert meeting presentation and facilitation skills.
• Expert Microsoft Project skills Excellent written ad verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail Ability to establish, train, and lead adoption of new processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with client and IT management and staff. ●

Strong interpersonal skills. ●
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial. ●
Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project. ●
Familiar with technologies such as Microsoft .net, PHP, Java, iOS, Android, HTML5. ●
Must react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. ●
Demonstrate flexibility during times of change. ●
Ability to read communication styles of team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines/cultures. ●
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments. ●
Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise. ●
Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES ●
Direct and manage project implementation/rollout from beginning to end. ●
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support client business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. ●
Develop project plans and associated communications documents. ●
Manage and keep current an accurate financial picture of your projects at all times. ●
Ensure time reporting for all projects is done in an accurate and timely manner. ●
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. ●
Forecast the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. ●
Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes when necessary. ●
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. ●
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. ●
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. ●
Track project milestones and deliverables. ●
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. ●
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. ●
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. ●
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. ●
Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. ●
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
