The Brand Manager will be part of a strategic, dynamic and fast-paced team. Role will provide ongoing opportunities to strengthen brand management fundamentals and secure a career path to General Management.
Brand Manager will act as a “business owner” with the following core job responsibilities:
Manage Brand Equity and core creative
Develop and manage Media Planning (TV, Print, FSI, Digital, etc.) and in-market execution
Lead development and execution of new innovation marketing launch plans
Identify new marketing opportunities to accelerate growth
Passion for building and growing businesses
Demonstration of strong marketing, business analytic skills, project management, and cross functional team leadership
Experience in creative management (TV and print) and media planning.
Proven success in managing new product launches
Demonstrated ability to interpret data to develop insights into ideas/ brand strategy
Experience/ prior interaction with retail sales or shopper marketing
MBA degree preferred but not required
Must be willing and able to travel 10-20% of the time
Need good strong cpg candidates. Prefer MBA
