Engineering Technical Group
Filament Winding experience on tubing / cylinders.
McLean Anderson / Entec software experience a plus.
Rotomold and or Resins mixing background.
Be able to provide input to Designers/Engineers with respect to changes on wind patterns.
Knowledge of using assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment.
Knowledge of Electromechanical Assembly process.
Understanding of high pressure gases (3600 – 15,000 psi) i.e. Nitrogen, Hydrogen, and Helium.
Understanding of data acquisition and test instrumentation.
Knowledge in using electromechanical, pneumatics and hydraulic automation.
Display manual dexterity to assemble systems per engineering drawing requirements.
Adopt and implement the Quality Assurance Procedures -QAP and Departmental Work Instructions-DWI, identified in QEMS Employee Training Matrix located on the LAN.
Education and/or Experience:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: ASME Y14.5 drawing reading knowledge preferred
Automobile mechanic experience and ability to operate a forklift, also a plus
A Quality Management System knowledge and working experience a plus
