Roles/ Responsibility/ Qualifications:
This work will include accepting and handling consult calls from Tier 1 agents, taking escalations and working with customers via email, phone, IM, Remote Assistance, etc. to resolve complex customer issues for external clients and customers. Vendor consultants will work from a ticketing queue. The consultants will mentor the lower tier engineers along with sharing knowledge using formal and informal methods such as brown bag sessions. The consultant will also support the development of documentation in the form of knowledgebase articles, training, and reference notes.
