Program manages customer requirements, scheduling, pricing, technical performance, and execution of company programs.
Responsibilities also include aiding in the development of aftermarket support strategies, negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, evaluation of proposals, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
Works with program team and sales to develop new business and develop / implement aftermarket support strategies to support existing and new customers.
Ensures adherence to program schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of others assigned to program from various departments as appropriate.
Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5+ years of experience in Customer Support and Program Management, ideally in an Aerospace Avionics/ Navigation discipline.
