1 year renewable contract with right to hire for a help desk - IT Technical Support Specialist with A+ or Net+ certifications. Candidates need to have 2 years PC hardware and software support experience. This is phone support and RAS support providing troubleshooting resolution for Windows operating systems, resolving hardware and software issues, PC connectivity issues. Strong background working and supporting MS Office Suite, Outlook, wired and wireless issues.

Must have excellent customer service skills. Ideal candidate will also have AAS Degree in IT.

Local candidates only, - onsite interviews required.

Candidates must be able to pass a 20 year criminal background check and standard drug screen.
