Job Summary

  • Provide ABA therapy/direct instruction in a one to one teaching format to children with autism (ages 2-22 years old)
  • Utilize various scientifically valid teaching techniques including Verbal Behavior, Precision Teaching, Video Modeling, Natural Environment Teaching, and Functional Communication Training
  • Implementation of Individual Treatment Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Assist with Assessments when appropriate
  • Implement all aspects of systematic instructional sequences within home, school, and community environments while maintain accurate data collection and records
  • Provide reports of student progress as requested
  • Utilize a proactive approach to programming, arrange environmental conditions to increase learning opportunities and provide supports where necessary


  • College Degree Preferred, but not required
  • Experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is preferred
  • Applicants must love working with children, possess excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, creative, organized, and reliable, and possess excellent communication skills
