Position Summary: Sell new and existing services and products to an assigned list of Medium Segment accounts. Responsible for service contract renewals and selling additional services and products to an assigned list of existing Medium Segment accounts. Requirements: Sell individual products and integrated complex communication solutions throughout a organization. Develop and maintain executive level relationship within an organization including at the CxO level of an organization. Manage an existing base of revenue within assigned accounts for Renewals & Revenue Retention. Prospect for upgrades and additional services within these assigned accounts. Prospect (including cold calling, networking etc.) to generate leads. Maintain current and accurate contact, opportunity and account information with the applicable tools provided by Frontier/Citizens (specifically Siebel). Provide internal resources (including but not limited to Customer Service teams/CSA/Sales Engineers) with all information required for a timely and quality installation of sold services. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (additional 3 years of sales experience) 2 to 4 years business-to-business sales experience Successful sales track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota requirements Experienced at selling all communication services & solutions throughout an organization – Experienced at establishing and maintaining relationships at all levels of a customer’s organization.
Candidate must have a valid State drivers license and clean driving record.
