The successful candidate will join our Business Development team as an Inside Sales Account Executive and will serve as a key expert in the development of employee mobility solutions for companies outside the Fortune 1000. Responsibilities will include the retaining and growing an existing client base. The AE will work sell all Runzheimer products into their client base and work closely with their aligned BVS and GMS Program Managers. The AE will go through a 90 day internal training program and work closely with other Business Development sales professionals in joint sales projects and webinar presentation. The territory consists of the entire United States and Canada and is an inside sales position although some travel will be required. The candidate will work out of their home or in our Waterford, Wisconsin headquarters.
Essential Duties & Responsbilities:
Cross-selling and up-selling Runzheimer products and services into existing clients.
Cold calling new contacts, relationship building by phone and lead the sales process in developing new opportunities within the assigned territory.
Maintain and improve renewal rates and associated revenue each year working with aligned Program Managers.
Meet and/or exceed annual revenue targets associated with client base for renewal and existing revenue.
Exceed total revenue quota
Coordinate focused marketing campaigns within assigned territory and assume primary responsibility for lead generation process within territory.
Follow up on all Marketing leads and new customer calls to Customer Support
Maintain timely financial and client reporting via CRM.
Provide ongoing input to Product Management and Directors regarding market changes, new opportunities, alternative distribution channels, and third party opportunities.
Provide timely/accurate administrative reporting.
Work closely with the aligned BVS and GMS Program Managers to exceed customer expectations.
A four year college degree, preferably in business.
Minimum of three years of client service or sales experience.
Experience conducting webinars in order to drive sales.
Demonstrated ability to close business by phone.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Some travel required and must be able to travel to clients/prospects when needed
