Primary Job Responsibilities
Responsible for performing month-end closing duties in a timely manner
Maintenance of Fixed Assets (transfers and disposals) and book depreciation during close process.
Calculate Agent Commission and follow through the process (booking and prepare check requests)
Responsible of HFM Web Forms for Fixed Assets and others
Reconcile, balance and maintain of assigned Inter-Company accounts and follow-up to clear outstanding issues
Record intercompany journal entries to clear intercompany transactions with other affiliates and keep intercompany accounts in order on a monthly basis.
Reconciles non I/C balance sheet accounts and monitor aging; researches discrepancies and determines appropriate course of action
Interact with AP/AR, Operation group in completing account work tasks
Complies with internal and external audit requests.
Perform other duties as assigned or needed
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or the equivalent of 2-5 years of relevant experience
Oral and written communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel and proficient in basic to advanced MS Access
Ability to problem solve, analyzed accounts and provide written documentation of analysis
Detail-oriented, organized and analytical
Self-disciplined and self-motivated
Ability to apply knowledge of GAAP
Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment
