We currently have an opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in our corporate office in Seattle, Washington. As an Accounting Clerk, you'll assist the department by providing administrative and customer service support. This will include processing community resident refunds, coordinating monthly distribution of financial statements, liaison with Aegis Tax regarding appeals and payment verifications, distributing incoming mail and other miscellaneous tasks. Qualifications:
Position requirements include:
HS Diploma or GED required
Work experience in an administrative role preferred
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office for Windows especially with Excel
Ability to work within deadlines with high detail for accuracy
Organized team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Must pass criminal background check
