Reports to the Business Manager. Provides analytical and executive level support on a daily basis to the business management within all the business units of Administration and Public Safety. Processes various business/accounting documents and data for analysis including, but not limited to, purchasing, account payables and receivables, and all general ledger activities. Assists with the preparation of budget variance reports for all departments and creates and updates financial appendix items for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting. Develops and maintains relational financial databases and assists with the review and development of revenue streams, personal and non-personal expenditures. Provides assistance on various projects.

Job Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and practices. Also requires good communication skills and computer literacy.
