The candidate will work closely with the Creative Director and their ACD/Art partner, as well as a team of creative and account partners, to develop and maintain excellent client relations, concept and direct progressive creative strategies, clearly convey and promote exceptional concepts, as well as embody leadership qualities that inspire growth and challenge team members to exceed all creative expectations.

Technical & Creative Requirements
Must have a solid understanding of how to lead creative teams and production partners in terms of choosing talent, lighting, set design and post−effects in order to deliver an outstanding final product
Highly conceptual thinker; master of craft
Has a history of successful achievement in directing multiple aspects of copy components across a campaign
Deadline oriented; adheres to both internal and external deadlines, producing quality work with minimal supervision
Expert understanding of advertising and marketing strategies
Experienced in writing white papers; expert knowledge of grammar and style
Proficient in Word, Keynote/PowerPoint
