Responsible for all clerical functions assigned to Document Support. Primary function is front desk reception, but also includes mailroom, scanning and general administrative functions. Must be able to handle a high volume of interruptions and phone calls while keeping a "cool" demeanor.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year experience in an office setting, with experience answering multi-line phones, required.
