We are seeking an organized and high-energy candidate for the administrative position of CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST. This administrative support position is responsible for all the post-sale follow-up activities in the Company's sponsorship and exhibits sales group. Each Client Services Specialist works on multiple events simultaneously throughout the year, so having good project management skills is a must! Duties involve an almost obsessive attention to detail; constant contact with sponsors, exhibitors and vendors; and tracking and fulfillment of all aspects of sponsorship and exhibit contracts. There is also daily interaction with the sales staff and all other departments. This is a great job for someone who enjoys doing customer service and providing administrative support, working with teams, coordinating, proofreading and organizing! Plus, there is an opportunity to travel to our conferences.
