Our customer, a leader in the financial industry with international locations, is searching for an Administrative Assistant. This is a contract position with a global Fortune 100 Company. A foot in the door has the possibility to open additional opportunities. Many of our associates have enhanced their current skills, had their contracts extended, converted to full time employment, or been re-deployed after their assignment ends.
Position: Administrative Assistant (Level III)
Location: Pennington, NJ 08534
Length: 3 months – Can be extended
Pay rate: $19.00 hr.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm / 40 hours /OT when needed
Provide Department support in an organized and positive manner.
Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including composing, signing and releasing routine but somewhat complex correspondence.
Usually relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for department; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time.
Communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information.
May be involved in high-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information, and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment. Advanced administrative and analytical skills.
Thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Office. Must be proficient in managing executive Calendars, org charts, expense reports, phone messages.
This person is supporting Bldg 1 and needs to enjoy doing a variety of duties and know how to prioritize their work with competing tasks. Some of the duties include but are not limited to updating floor plans, ordering office suppliers, tracking and signing out team projectors, updating organizational charts, updating contact distribution list.
