We are currently seeking FULL TIME RESEARCH ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for our INSTITUTE FOR HEALTH , with a shift of Mondays – Fridays from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm reporting to our Administrative Director for Research located at our Antenucci Building at Roosevelt Hospital.. In this role the successful incumbent’s duties will include filing, data entry, shipping, bookkeeping and assistance with management of research funds including reimbursements, office supply orders, and check submissions, as well as daily administrative support for multiple researchers, fellows, and research assistants. Must have a at least a high school diploma and be familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe, and additional office equipment (fax, copiers). Knowledge with managing budgets is required.
