Everglades University is a regionally accredited, non-profit, rapidly growing University with locations in Boca Raton, Sarasota, Orlando and Distance Learning/Online. We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Administrative Assistant. We seek individuals who will provide assistance in an environment that embraces learning, positive spirit, high-performance, integrity and diversity for the Boca Raton Online Division, Florida Campus.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Assistance with campus administrative functions
2. Assistance with answering phones
3. Assistance with events planning
1. Must have knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
2. Works well under pressure, multi-tasking, and a team player
3. Associate's degree required; bachelors degree preferred.
4. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
5. Strong interpersonal skills.
