The Administrative Assistant to the Vice President, Revenue Cycle for the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System (SCLHS) will be responsible for performing secretarial and administrative support for the executives, including preparing correspondence in final form, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings and conferences, filing, maintaining files, and conducting special projects as assigned. Duties require a detail oriented approach in order to meticulously gather data and prepare correspondence or reports, answer correspondence, conduct projects, etc. Deals discreetly with a wide variety of confidential information, concerning corporate and hospital affairs, information contained in minutes, legal matters, letters, and other documents. Position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously. Performs a variety of related duties as assigned.


Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in administrative secretary position required. Experience in healthcare setting desirable.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point; Proficiency in Outlook; Ability to take meeting minutes; Excellent written and oral communication skills.


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
