Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Work Experience & Skills Required:
- Assisting FHR East Plant employees, which includes Operations, Maintenance, Safety and Engineering
- Scheduling Leadership Team investigation reviews
- Organizing completed work permits
- Monthly Reporting
- Travel arrangements
- Coordinate/schedule day to day business needs for the East Plant (i.e., pager replacement, office supplies, refreshment area needs, catering)
- 5 years administrative assistant experience
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
This role is subject to the Transportation Workers Identification Credentialing (TWIC) rule and requires the successful candidate to obtain a TWIC identification badge, allowing for unescorted access to the facility within a specific time period.
