FROSCH is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing Company. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to be based out of our office located in Houston, TX:
As an Administrative Assistant you would be responsible for assisting in the Groups Department by inputting and maintaining client data, invoicing and light accounting/bookkeeping duties, and communicating with clients and vendors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
3-5 years of experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong computer and administrative skills.
Must be a team player and highly organized.
Attention to detail as well as willingness to learn and assist where needed.
Travel industry experience preferred, but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Light invoicing, bookkeeping/accounting skills.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
