The Coordinated Care/Quality Assistant role is to provide support to the organization by data management, receiving and processing information and enhancing communication.
MAJOR TASKS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist collect, measure and document metrics for the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) transformation wavier.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
Organize and coordinate meetings.
Record, type and distribute meetings minutes.
Maintain schedules and calendars.
Set up and maintain filing systems.
Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
Serve as a liaison with internal and external contacts.
Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
Operate office equipment.
Manage office supplies.
Required: High School Diploma
Relevant training or work history
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Effective written and verbal communication and negotiating skills with all levels of internal and external customers.
Must demonstrate positive relationship building with co-workers, medical staff, patients, and other members of the clinical care team.
Must demonstrate the ability to effectively implement changes
