Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Education or Experience
- Address prospective student queries in regards to admissions - Maintain database of prospective and admitted students - Assist program directors to prepare all written student communication, conduct information sessions, report session details to Marketing and attendance info to Admissions - Enter APR Committee decisions and rational into Recruitment+ database - Assist Advisors with graduation audits - Keep calendars and correspondence for program directors - Create orientation agenda to include assistance with new student issues such as IDs , email, schedules, registration etc. - Performs related duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent and one to three years of relevant experience; some positions may require additional experience.
Certificates, credentials or licenses required to perform the duties of this position:
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel. Knowledge of People Soft, Recruitment Plus, Imagio desirable
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- baccalaureate degree perferred - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
