Northeast Parent & Child Society’s Children's Home is a state-of-the-art 60 bed residential center designed to respond to the needs of abused, neglected, emotionally disturbed and behaviorally troubled adolescents (both male and female) ages 11 to 18. The program's immediate goal is to help children and their families stabilize and remediate the safety and risk issues which brought the child into residential care. The program then provides a safe, structured environment for the youth while assisting the youth and his/her family to acquire the necessary coping skills and social skills needed to return to a less restrictive level of care.
The NPCS Residential Children’s Home invites application for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for the Residential Treatment Center Intake and Census Department, including Community Living Services, Group Home and Independent Living Programs to ensure smooth program operation and daily quality service delivery.
Skills/Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; some college or an Associate’s Degree preferred. Excellent communication skills, detail oriented with experience working in an office environment.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
