Reports to Graduate Directors of the EdM and MFA programs. Organizes, coordinates, and implements the administration of EdM Master in Dance Education and MFA (Master of Fine Arts in Dance) graduate degree programs, as related to academic student affairs. Manages the executive office suite of the department, facilitates and implements departmental guidelines and clerical procedures related to undergraduate and graduate admissions including; audition and application procedures; student advisement and registration; student performance reviews; and degree completion. Facilitates performance reviews for undergraduate BFA and graduate EdM majors. Provides professional and timely communication with prospective and current students. Facilitates and maintains student records as per Rutgers Degree Navigator System and other student databases. Serves as liaison between the Mason Gross Dean of Students and the Dean's Student Counselor, the Mason Gross Admissions Officer and the Rutgers Graduate School of Education (GSE).

Job Requirements
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of office administration, organization, coordination, facilitation, bookkeeping and/or report writing. Knowledge of Rutgers Graduate Portal and Degree Navigator database, Course Scheduling System access as well as excellent computer literacy including Word Processing, Excel, Publisher, Acrobat Pro and extensive experince with Apple/Mac operating system preferred.
