Reports to the Project Director. Under general direction, manages a variety of budgetary and administrative services for Project Natural Setting Therapeutic Management (NSTM). Serves as a key liaison to the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) as well as a variety of program providers that serve the residential, vocational and educational needs of DDD clients who receive NSTM services, and the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs and other budgetary offices required to manage grant funding. Serves as an executive assistant and provides confidential assistance by acting as liaison to internal and external colleagues and collaborators; prepares confidential budgetary paperwork and maintains files. Coordinates contacts with other office support staff; monitors expenditures, grants and budgets; implements paperwork for current fiscal year grants, processes budget adjustments as needed to ensure timely processing of expenditures. Processes salary reallocations and commitments. Works along with the office manager and supervisors to ensure that all budgets and grants are in order.

Job Requirements
Requires a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of office administration, organization, coordination, facilitation, bookkeeping and/or report writing. Also requires good communication skills and computer literacy. Prefer experience preferably in a university setting assisting an executive director of a multi-dimensional service center. Must be thoroughly competent in advanced computing skills including data base management and desktop publishing and have the ability to complete financial and electronic searches. Must have computer experience in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prefer intimate knowledge of university based procurement and financial systems, such as Discoverer, REX and RIAS, as well as the maintenance of relationships with all vendors serving the organization. The ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities is a must.
