The position is responsible for assisting the payroll department by inputting confidential employee information, maintaining employee files, answering miscellaneous requests for the department.

Responsibilities:
  • Entering confidential employee information into payroll and timekeeping systems
  • Maintenance of employee files
  • Maintenance of Timekeeping and Payroll System
  • Employee Verification Requests
  • Various Administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years administrative/clerical experience
  • Data Input experience required
  • Experience with timekeeping and payroll systems preferred
  • Experienced in Excel, Word and Outlook required
  • Ability to meet strict weekly deadlines is required
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to obtain an airport badge
