Provide a full range of administrative support services to the Office of Distance Education. Serve as the main point of contact for information requests about the office. Cover reception as needed. Support online students in registration and admission requests. Handle billing, facilitator agreements, payments, purchase orders and basic budget issues. Maintain Distance Education databases and assist various internal departments with course and program launch preparation.

Required Skills

Two years of college or equivalent, B.A./B.S. preferred, excellent organization and communication skills, ability to work with a diverse population, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and two to three years of related office experience.
