Provide administrative support to the Vice President for Public Safety; manage and prioritize daily office activities; and coordinate administrative duties in the Department of Public Safety's office.
Bachelor's degree and
2 years' experience as an executive assistant or an equivalent combination. Must include experience with manageing office operations and staff.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (include unique competencies, certification, licenses, etc.):
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Knowledge of standard office software.
