Job Summary This position will report directly to the Administrative Manager II and Director of the Center for Applied Genetic Technologies. This position will provide administrative support to the Administrative Manager II, Director, CAGT faculty, staff, and students. Administrative support will include front office duties such as telephone coverage, ordering supplies, distribution of mail, shipping's, copying, copier and fax maintenance. Will assist the Director and faculty with planning and organizing meetings and conferences. Will schedule travel arrangements for the director, faculty, staff, and students. This duty includes processing the travel authorities, travel expense statements, and reimbursements. This position will provide financial accounting support to the Administrative Manager II. This support will include duties such as ordering research supplies and equipment, invoice reimbursements, payrolls and personnel's, leave postings, P-Card postings and statements. Occasional duties such as courier service. Excellent verbal, written, and reading comprehension skills are required. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and four years of progressively responsible office experience

OR Associate's Degree and two years of responsible office experience
