This is a professional position involving the overall management of operations for Residential Treatment Center (RTC). Coordinates accreditation, regulatory and quality assessment/quality improvement efforts; oversees maintenance of appropriate documentation and records; adheres to standards of care and delivery of quality services; monitors productivity; develops critical pathways and service protocols; and establishes risk management/assessment processes. Maintains compliance with DOH, Medicare, Medicaid, funding contracts and other requirements and standards. With Region Director and Central Office staff assistance, develops and maintains a program for annual internal evaluation of all programs, operation and services, including: employee performance, fiscal statements, operating statistics, policies and procedures, and contract compliance. Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Business Administration or closely related field. A combination of significant and relevant education and/or experience may be substituted on a year-by-year basis for the degree requirement. Three years experience in a responsible management/supervisory position, preferably within the health care or human services field. Criminal background checks required. May be required to use personal transportation to carry out job duties. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License. Must provide a current motor vehicle record. Must provide current personal owner liability automobile insurance and must maintain the insurance coverage throughout the course of employment in this position.
