The Chef will oversee the culinary operations for a high-end airport lounge.

Responsibilities:

You will oversee the culinary operations and activities of the airport lounge

You will have the opportunity to create your own menus using locally grown products

You will manage a dynamic, passionate team dedicated to delivering superb cuisine and Platinum Service

Qualifications:

B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or A.A. Degree in Culinary Arts

Three to five years of culinary management experience, four-star hotel experience preferred

Inventory and purchasing experience

Good knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.

Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.

ServSafe certified is a plus
