As an API inspector, you’ll be working side-by-side with experienced professionals at a company known to be a trusted partner and Midwest leader in Non-Destructive Examination for 55 years. This person would be based out of Bismarck and work on field projects in Western North Dakota.

  • Perform API inspections
  • May perform Ultrasonic, Radiographic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and visual inspections on specifically assigned field or laboratory projects
  • Works independently as crew lead on job sites
  • Prepare reports and other work documents in a timely and accurate manner
  • Understands and utilizes safe work practices

Required Experience
  • API 510/570/653 certifications
  • CWI preferred
  • ASNT-TC-1A Level II in NDE methods – RT, MT, PT, UT, VT
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Post education or formal training in non-destructive testing
  • Familiar with NDT equipment
  • Experienced with NDT methods and procedures
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work off ladders and scaffolding
