Respond to telephone and face-to-face inquiries seeking mental health care or information about mental health related services. Facilitate callers to optimal level of care or resources.
  • Conduct clinical assessments utilizing appropriate forms and in a timely manner.
  • Document calls and related information on Intake Call form and enter data.
  • Review programs periodically to stay abreast of services provided.
  • Will adhere to all safety policies and safe work practice.
  • Will adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.


Applicant must hold a Masters degree in a related clinical field.

Previous 911 or crisis intervention/hotline experience required.

Previous hospital setting experience preferred.
