Manage the overall operation of the Events & Conferences front door team and oversee aspects of the summer conferencing program. Develop intra- and interoffice training programs and presentations. In collaboration with the Associate Directors, continue the development and implementation of the departments events management software, Kinetics. Implement the departments overall multi-year marketing strategies, including website maintenance, use of social media, and development of other collateral materials.

Required Skills

B.A./B.S., strong oral and written communication skills, organization and multi-tasking skills, and five to eight years of experience in the Events or Hospitality industry. Evening and weekend work required.
