Responsible for a diverse set of activities within the Executive Leadership Center (ELC). Work with the Director of Executive Education on design, development and implementation of customized and open enrollment executive development programs both domestically and internationally. Design and development will include market research and overseeing marketing strategies. Manage ELC's technology initiatives and supervise the Program Manager for Open Enrollment and Marketing.
Requires: B.A./B.S., Master's Degree, MBA preferred, experience or knowledge of adult learning/executive education, experience in and understanding of sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a cross-functional team-oriented environment, experience with Microsoft Office and three to five years experience in business development, marketing or information technology. Some weekends and evenings required.
